Notice of Annual General Meeting 27 September 2026
Dear Members of Singapore Judo Federation (“SJF”)
On behalf of the Board of Singapore Judo Federation, please find attached the notice of annual general meeting (“AGM”) of SJF, which is scheduled to be held on Sunday, 27 September 2026 at 10.00 a.m. at the SJF Office at 1 Guillemard Crescent, Singapore 399913.
The annual report for the financial year ended 31 March 2026 (FY2025/2026), the audited financial statements for FY2025/2026 and the proposed amendments to the Constitution will be circulated in due course.
Pursuant to Article 16.2 of the Constitution of SJF (which can be accessed at https://www.sjf.sg/_files/ugd/1ae8c7_d861038842c4496f9d6e71f04f509cd4.pdf ), Members who intend at attend the AGM should email singaporejudofederation@gmail.com (with a copy to secgen@sjf.sg) the names and identification numbers of their Authorised Delegates (in the case of Full Members) and their Authorised Representatives (in the case of Associate Members) who will be attending the AGM by no later than 10.00 a.m. on Thursday, 24 September 2026.
