Notice of AGM 2023

NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting 2023 (the “AGM”) of the Singapore
Judo Federation will be held on Saturday 30 September 2023 at 10 am at 1, Guillemard
Crescent Singapore 399913, Singapore Judo Federation Secretariat Office.

AGENDA
1. To approve and confirm the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on Friday 30
September 2022.
2. To receive the Annual Report.
3. To receive, approve and adopt the audited financial statements.
4. Election of Board Members. The candidates eligible to run for election at the upcoming AGM are:

• Yeo Chin Seng​

• Tang Soon Onn

• Wong Quee Quee, Jeffrey

• Mohamad Faizal Bin Mohamad Noor

• Adrian Koh

5. To approve the appointment of SB Tan & Co as the auditor of the Singapore Judo
Federation.
6. Any other matters.

Full Members who wish to table a resolution for the General Meeting’s approval at the AGM
must notify the Secretary General in writing by sending an email to
singaporejudofederation@gmail.com and secgen@sjf.sg before or on 16 September 2023.
